Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.

Service Cancellation

For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Late cancellations may result in charges for the upcoming period.

Non-Cancellable Items

Certain custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has started. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
